Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order will be available to view 24 hours after your order has been placed. Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there you will be able to view information about your order.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: Most (FREE SHIPPING) order will ship within 1-16 hours: The average direct shipment from our drop ship company to our customer is between 4-6 working days.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money orders and Cashier Checks. (On Money orders and Cashier Check please call us TOLL FREE 1-866-347-4174 on product availability before having you Money Order or Cashiers Check made out).
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations at this time.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Most of our suppliers WILL NOT ship to these types of addresses.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: All (STANDARD) orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped FREE of Charges. Shipping applies to orders shipped to Canada or any expedited shipments.
Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: All return shipments are at Customers expense. Use any shipping company that works best for you.
Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.

Q: Do you do back orders?
A: Justwideshoes.com will notify you if there is a back order. We will give you the time frame when the item will ship or ask if you would like to replace the item with something else. All back orders must be paid for once you give us your approval to back order the item.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. Our entire product line is online; we do not have a paper catalog.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Washington State.
Q: How do I know my shoe size?
A: If you are unsure of your shoe size, take a ruler and measure your length and width. Call us Toll Free 1-866-378-4174 and we will put those measurements into our Brannock devise…Remember the foot is a three-dimensional figure it is extremely hard to measure the thickness of a foot and if the foot has sensitivity issues.
